IntelliAgent247 (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. It applies to everyone who uses the IntelliAgent247 platform, website, and related services.
Overview
IntelliAgent247 acts as a data processor on behalf of our customers (the data controllers). When your end-users interact with an AI agent you have configured, we process that data under your instructions and in accordance with this policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
What we collect
Information you provide
- Account details — name, email address, company name, phone number
- Knowledge uploads — documents, FAQs, and training files you upload to customise your AI agent
- Billing information — payment method details processed by our payment provider
Automatically collected
- Conversation data — messages exchanged between your end-users and your AI agent across WhatsApp, web chat, and voice
- Usage data — device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and interaction patterns
How we use it
- Operate & improve the platform — deliver AI agent responses, maintain uptime, and fix bugs
- Train your agent — use your uploaded knowledge base and conversation history to improve your specific agent’s quality
- Service messages — send transactional emails such as billing receipts, security alerts, and onboarding guides
- Fraud prevention — detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect the platform
AI & your data
Your data is isolated to your tenant. Conversations, knowledge files, and lead information are never shared across accounts. We do not use your data to train models for other customers. Your AI agent is yours alone.
We may use aggregated, anonymised metrics (e.g. average response time, message volume) to improve the platform, but these metrics can never be traced back to an individual end-user or tenant.
Storage & security
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU-West-1 region with multi-AZ redundancy.

Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable regulations:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent or object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
