Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and IntelliAgent247 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Together with our Privacy Policy, they form the entire agreement regarding your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Accounts

To use IntelliAgent247, you must register for an account using accurate, current information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Ensuring any team members you invite comply with these Terms

Acceptable use

You agree not to use IntelliAgent247 to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Exceed reasonable request rates or interfere with the service for others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all data, documents, and knowledge files you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.

AI-generated responses are produced using your content and configuration. You are responsible for reviewing all agent output before it reaches your customers. IntelliAgent247 is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Billing & trials

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the rate shown at checkout
• You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support if you have a concern

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, third-party providers, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliAgent247’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will end immediately
• We will retain your data for 30 days so you can request an export
• After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, with written notice explaining the reason.
